Well, its the last day of International Green IT Awareness Week and as the CEO fo ComputersOff.ORG, I can confidently proclaim it a success!  Since starting this initiative less than 5 months ago, we have made green IT awareness a part of the minds of thousands of individuals and organisations.  We have had such as positive response to this initiative - which is wonderful to see.

In addition to the usual Green IT week activities, ComputersOff.ORG hosted a 3-day 24 hour virtual event which had over 300 attendees register from across 35 countries!

I would like to thank you ALL for supporting International Green IT Awareness Week 2010.  We will be back again in the first week of June 2011 - however in the meantime, please feel free to join our community here to stay in touch and discuss green IT throughout the year.  We will still be posting information here and informing you about our activities and what else you can participate in or learn from (bring on GreenITopedia.org!).
